Society has now formulated a procurement and marketing policy to tide over the present market conditions. The society is also planning to expand the CLF and TSBR Factory and also to process rubber latex/Scrap in additional leased out factories.

For safeguarding the farmers interests, the society plans to open further trading centers through which all agricultural produces can be purchased against ready cash.
Society also plans the following schemes for developing the business.

1	Start procurement centers in all key rubber cultivating areas.
2	Establish and Rent out Godowns in all important procurement centers.
3	Purchase agricultural products against ready cash.
4	Establish Factories to produce final products using the raw rubber or cenex or scrap or block rubber or skim crepe.
5	Start other profitable ventures depending on the marketing conditions.
